SEAMLESS PRODUCT INTEGRATION
The Price Is Right game actually relied on the presence of consumer product brands to create an authentic experience that was true to the show. As a result, in-game product placement and branding was not only welcomed, but
expected by players.
WildTangent integrated over 15 different product SKUs from each participating brand into the game. Product images were accompanied by a voiceover delivering product information and a tagline. Players were also able to click on an image to visit the brand site after their gameplay session was over.
GAME DISTRIBUTION AND MARKETING
Sponsors benefited from amazing reach across multiple platforms. The game was prominently featured and available for download on several top casual gaming portals, distributed at major retail outlets by Ubisoft as a Nintendo Wii title, and quickly became a top 10 download for the iPhone in its first month making it a smash hit!
The game was also promoted on-air during television broadcasts of the The Price Is Right!
